James Doyle graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Legal Studies and was prepared to enter a career in Law, when he purchased his first investment property and realized he had discovered his passion. From 2011-2016 James became an expert in trustee sales overseeing the purchase, rehabilitation, and resale of over 50 homes. Concurrently, he was a founding member of The Bacorn Group which quickly became one of the Top Five Real Estate Teams in Santa Cruz County.

 After much success in the residential market, James’s skills for turning around poor performing assets, seamlessly lent themselves to commercial endeavors.  His first project involved the repositioning of a long vacant 12,000 foot office building in Downtown Santa Cruz, into a thriving, profitable, and fully leased asset.

His focus on both long and short-term investments, while seamlessly managing inventory in a volatile market, have been the foundation of his success. While his detailed assessments have certainly been key to his own acquisition process, James finds true satisfaction in analyzing investment properties for his clients that will provide the greatest success for their investment goals.
