Robin has 40 years experience in Santa Cruz County real estate, founding Sherman and Boone Realtors in 1976 along with Martin Boone.

Robin is a past president of the Santa Cruz Association of REALTORS®, and has been a past recipient of the REALTOR® of the Year award. In 2000, she received the lifetime achievement award from this organization. Robin has taught real estate at Cabrillo College and enjoys career counseling for new agents.

Together, Sheila and Robin have over 50 years of combined real estate experience. They have worked in all aspects of residential, commercial, investment, tax deferred exchanges and development sales. In addition, they are experienced in trustee, estate and court ordered sales.

Robin’s hobbies are traveling, reading, cooking, and golfing with her husband, Mike Dunlap. Robin is well versed in real estate information in Santa Cruz County. She is a graduate of the Realtor Institute and is active in Star of the Sea Church and the Salvation Army Christmas program.
